We have recently introduced a helpdesk to provide improved communications between our customers and support teams.

You will be greeted with the helpdesk home page, where you can Sign in using your registered username and password.
If you are new to the helpdesk select Sign up and fill in the necessary details to Sign up.
You will receive a welcome email prompting you to create a password and sign-in.
To create a new ticket select Submit a request and fill in the necessary form fields.
You will receive an email confirming the new support request.
Once the request has been assigned to an Agent, you will receive further email notifications showing the case comments as they happen.
To see all activity related to your cases, log into the helpdesk and select My activities.
